Participant Terms and Conditions

The main objective of the community is to create and maintain a formal ISO recommendation specification for the TI/A format.

If you decide to register with the TI/ website you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name and contact details. By submitting your personal information, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

By submitting your personal information you also consent to the publication of your name and the name of your company/institution in the website. If you would like this information to remain private please let us know by contacting us as specified in the privacy policy.

We manually review all the applications, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any application we receive. TI/A participants are experts in still-image digital preservation formats. If we believe your profile does not match our requirements we may not accept your application.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to and use of the website, without notice, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that it is in violation of any applicable law or it is harmful to our interests or the interests, including intellectual property or other rights, of another user or other third party partners.
